Time to give your kitchen a face-lift?
Well the easiest way to do it is to get new kitchen cabinets. If you have already painted them a hundred times and they still look drab, then you will want to get rid of the old and in with the new.
Just Doors or new cabinets? Here we will offer you a few tips on the basics of kitchen cabinet construction. Depending on how handy you are, you will gain the expertise you need to construct your new kitchen cabinets. If you are not a handy man then you may think of hiring someone to install them, and just choose to be in on the design aspect of remodeling your kitchen cabinets. Firstly, you will have to decide on whether you want the more traditional face-frame cabinets ( our oak and birch line) or the more contemporary frameless cabinets, our maple line. The second decision you will ultimately face is whether you want stock cabinets, or custom cabinets. For those of you that do not know the difference, stock cabinets are what you would see in a store that sells cabinets. They are basic and will come in the relatively same design with just a few minor changes. They are cheaper than a custom-made cabinet and your choices are minimal. Custom cabinets are precisely the opposite. They are manufactured to be authentic and unique. They take more of your personal interests into account and you have a wider choice of color, size, and type of materials. They are not in stock so they take longer to get, but suit your personal interest. Our cabinets are actually both- we keep so many sizes in stock, you can create a customized layout for almost any space using our in stock cabinetry. Custom, for the price of, wholesale! Just in case you were wondering about materials for your cabinets you have a choice of laminate, vinyl clad, and of course wood. Laminate is cheap in comparison to wood and usually has an MDF core, and the vinyl is somewhere in between. Laminate is a very modern looking material, whereas wood is sturdier, longer lasting and makes your home look more traditional. Remember, our cabinets are all wood constructed, no particle board! We also have unfinished wood to paint or stain.
